Role: District Agency Development Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and proactive District Agency Development Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on recruiting, identifying, and attracting talented individuals who have the potential to become successful agency owners or key team members. Your efforts will drive the growth and strength of our agencies by bringing in the best talent and supporting their career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source and engage prospective agency owners and agency staff through networking, social media, and other channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and district leadership.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for developing talent and supporting business growth.
