District Driver of Students

Columbus school district is seeking an AM Route and PM Route to drive CSD students to various schools each school day.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transport students safely to various sites.

Supervise students during transportation times.

Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about all student records and school business discussions as is expected of all school staff members.

Knowledge of safety practices.

Interpersonal skills to get along with supervisor, staff, students, parents, and community.

Maintain district vehicles in the forms of cleanliness and report any maintenance issues with district vehicles.

The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or illegal substance in the workplace in compliance with District Policy & Regulation 4122.01 throughout his/her employment in the District.

Staff member shall serve as a positive role model.

Report any accident or vehicle concerns.

Maintain an acceptable criminal background history as presented in Policy 4122.

Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

LOCATION:

Columbus School District is located approximately 25 miles northeast of Madison.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10-20 per week
