WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a District Leader - Barbershop Leader, you'll spend your time visiting different Floyd's shops in your region. You'll support Shop Leaders and team members, making sure everyone understands what's expected and has what they need to succeed. You'll review sales numbers, solve issues, and help shops improve performance. You'll focus on hiring and training team members, helping them grow, and making sure every location follows company standards and stays in compliance. Each day, you'll work closely with your teams to keep operations running smoothly and make sure clients leave happy. You'll also be the connection between the shops and the Home Office, helping communicate updates and goals.

This is a full-time District Leader - Barbershop Leader position, working about 50 hours per week, with weekend hours as needed. Regular travel between shops in the district is part of the job.

APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Ability to manage individual shop performance
• Budgeting and P&L experience
• Strong hands-on leadership style and ability to coach and develop Shop Leaders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the district
