This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
  • Hold management teams accountable for performance and results

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance
  • Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes
  • Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives

Guest Experience

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns
  • Coach teams to exceed guest expectations

Financial Performance

  • Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs)

Performance Management

  • Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location
  • Track and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Proven track record of:
  • Developing high-performing teams
  • Improving guest satisfaction and retention
  • Driving sales and profitability
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices
