Wireless Retail Sales District Manager

Job Description:

Deliver key sales & compliance information to stores, to coach store management to appropriately
increase sales and customer satisfaction, to uphold AT&T regulations, to prepare & hold accountable
store manager’s with respect to inventory requirements, trainings, policies/procedures, audit
preparedness, and general operations & customer/company concerns.

Other Responsibilities:
• Communication & availability via email/phone/text at all times
• Knowledge of backend systems and/or where to obtain such information
• Make field visits to ensure compliance & operational standards
• Review store operations & create coaching plans
• Maintain company culture and motivate management staff
• Conducting brainstorming/training sessions internally
• Assist with store events, setup, backend maintenance
• Interview, Hire, Assist in training of new employees for each designated location
• Conference Calls & Itinerary
• Daily Sales and Operations
• Maintain proper scheduling, overtime, and other policies for each manager/location
• Attend and prepare for quarterly DM Wrap up meetings at Corporate location
• Setting up assigned whitespace locations and relocations
• Track hours, miles, expenses, and store visits through company issued software

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-years relevant management experience and/or 6+ months tenure with Alliance Mobile
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds when necessary
• Use of personal vehicle for daily use driving upwards of 100 miles per day
• Work 45-50 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays

Compensation:
Annual Salary base plus District Manager Commission ($60,000-$100,000/annually)
Benefits:  Eligible for Medical benefits on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment. Dental and Vision coverages available, couple and family options are available
at different rates
