A Multi-Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and team development across multiple restaurant locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
• Hire, train, and develop store managers and team members.
• Ensure all locations follow company standards, food safety, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to store management teams.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns when needed.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Implement company initiatives, promotions, and operational updates across all locations.
