District Manager

We are looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple quick service restaurant locations throughout the South Chicago market. This opportunity is ideal for a hands on leader with a proven history of improving operations, developing management teams, and driving financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple restaurant locations and their management teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Coach and develop General Managers
• Ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards
• Manage food and labor costs
• Build a culture focused on accountability and results

What We're Looking For

• Multi unit restaurant management experience
• QSR experience required
• Wendy's experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to oversee high volume restaurants
• Local candidates preferred, relocation may be considered

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 to $100,000 base salary
