Key Responsibilities

• Drive center performance by managing enrollment growth, lead conversion, student retention, revenue, and profitability
• Analyze trends and implement action plans to improve business metrics and customer experience
• Lead monthly KPI reviews with executive leadership and provide strategic insights
• Hire, coach, and develop Center Directors and staff to build high-performing teams
• Create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence
• Ensure consistent execution of the Mathnasium Method, sales process, and instructional quality
• Conduct regular center visits to support teams and reinforce best practices
• Partner with marketing and community outreach to drive local growth and lead generation
• Manage center-level financial performance, staffing, and scheduling for profitability

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of multi-unit operations or retail leadership experience
• Proven success in driving performance and building scalable training programs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with operational discipline
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer and student experiences
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends, day shifts, and on-call duties
