District Manager

This position will oversee 7 gas stations, this will include managing 7 managers and 7 asst managers. This is a 6 days a week job, Mon-Sat and on call Sunday. The DM must help maintain high quality staff and very clean and well stocked stores. This will include visiting all 7 stores everyday and making sure all stores are throughly stocked, throughly cleaned everyday, doing inventory counts at random, order to sales analysis, and maintaning a A+ store grade. If any manager is on vacation or any store is without a manager in their district they must also oversee the store directly until someone new is hired. 

Qualifications:

- previous gas station management required

- reliable transportation

- ability to answer calls 24/7 

- strong leadership skills

- ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment
