District Manager

District Manager of QSR Operations Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this.You must have QSR leadership in your recent background. District Manager Compensation:Competitive base salary up to 90 base.Strong benefits package with health, dental, vision, STD and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicleStrong performance-based monthly bonus programNo crazy late-night hours.15 days PTO and 401(k) with a strong matchDistrict Manager Requirements:A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitudeA solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.REQUIRES significant drive-through experienceAstute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive resultsHands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
