We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of District Manager - Mobilair.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
• Develops defined sales territory to establish distribution of Kaeser Mobilair products, including distributors, direct accounts and OEM accounts.
• Informs Manager of status of territory market conditions and trends.
• Prepares annual Sales Plan.
• Trains distributors, branches, direct accounts and OEM’s in all phases of Kaeser Mobilair products, sales, and service; participate in distributor seminars and trade shows.
• Evaluation distributor sales/payments quarterly.
• Submits proper call and expense reports.
• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system
• Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager
The successful candidate’s background will include:
• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of field sales experience. Previous sales experience with distributors preferred
• Good communication skills/phone skills required
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• SAP experience preferred
• In depth knowledge of portable compressor industry.
This is a salary position, with an annual range of $70,000-$90,000, to commensurate with experience.
