Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced people-focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Austin area. What Youll Do As our District Manager, youll be the driving force behind your markets success. You will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop 5 General Managers and their teams.
• Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
• Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability.
• Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards.
• Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Implement company initiatives and execute training programs.
• Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development.

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, people-first management style.
• Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
