NOW HIRING | District Manager — Multi-Unit QSR Leader | Baltimore, MD
15 locations today. 50 by 2027. The bench is being built right now.
We're looking for a proven District Manager to lead a growing portfolio of wing-concept QSR restaurants across the Baltimore market. This is a high-visibility role inside a fast-scaling franchise organization backed by one of the largest QSR franchisee platforms in the world. If you're a sharp, accountable multi-unit operator who wants direct access to ownership and a real growth curve under your feet — this is worth your attention.
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base | Performance bonus | Full benefits
About the Organization
This franchise group currently operates 15 locations across Louisiana, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. — with an active pipeline of new builds underway and a clear path to 50 units by 2027. That's roughly 3x current size in just a few years. The leadership carries the pedigree of one of the largest QSR franchisee portfolios in the world, bringing institutional infrastructure and operational depth that most single-brand operators simply can't match. In a lean organization like this one, strong operators work directly with ownership — not through layers of bureaucracy.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a portfolio of General Managers and their teams across the Baltimore market
- Own district P&L — drive top-line sales, manage labor productivity, control food cost, and protect margins
- Build a strong internal succession pipeline by identifying and developing the next generation of restaurant leaders
- Drive consistent operational execution across all locations including food safety, brand standards, and guest experience
- Stay close to the front line — spend meaningful time in restaurants coaching, observing, and reinforcing expectations
- Partner directly with ownership and senior leadership on operational priorities and growth initiatives
- Address performance issues quickly and decisively through structured coaching and accountability
- Support new restaurant openings as the organization continues its aggressive build schedule
What You Bring
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or a comparable fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of developing General Managers and building high-performing teams
- Strong P&L acumen — you understand the numbers, you own them, and you know how to move them
- A servant-leadership mindset combined with an unwavering sense of urgency and accountability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
- Clear, authentic communicator who connects people to purpose and drives results
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard restaurant technology
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Baltimore district
Why This Role
The brand operates with industry-leading unit economics — meaning the financial foundation you're working with is strong. Add an active new-build pipeline, direct visibility to ownership, and institutional backing most franchise groups can't offer, and this becomes a rare opportunity to grow your career on a platform that's genuinely going somewhere.
