District Manager (Restaurant Operations)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 / year + competitive bonus structure

Position Type: Full-time


About the Role

We are a rapidly growing, high-energy craveable food brand looking for a dynamic, results-driven District Manager to oversee our locations in the Baltimore area. In this role, you will have full operational and financial accountability for multiple high-volume locations. You will be the driving force behind guest satisfaction, team development, and market profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Financial Success: Complete P&L accountability for your patch. Maximize sales growth, manage labor and food costs, and optimize profitability across all locations.

  • Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers. Build a strong pipeline of future leaders and foster a positive, high-energy team culture.

  • Uphold Operational Excellence: Ensure all standard operating procedures, food safety protocols, and product quality standards are strictly maintained.

  • Guest Obsessed: Maintain a laser focus on speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction to keep our fans coming back.

  • Strategic Market Growth: Conduct regular restaurant visits, audit performance, and implement localized marketing and operational strategies to outperform competitors.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual industry.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing P&Ls, driving sales growth, and developing General Managers.

  • Leadership Style: A hands-on leader who leads by example, communicates effectively, and knows how to motivate diverse teams.

  • Locational Knowledge: Familiarity with the Baltimore market is highly preferred.

  • Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly across the Baltimore area and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
