District Manager-QSR

District Manager — Burger King | Cincinnati, OH | $80,000–$85,000 + Bonus

A growing Burger King franchise group in the Cincinnati market is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume locations across the area. This is a hands-on, field-based role for an operator who knows how to develop GMs, drive results, and build the kind of accountable culture that keeps units performing consistently.

What the role looks like:

You will oversee day-to-day performance across multiple Burger King locations, working directly with General Managers on everything from staffing and training to food cost, labor, and guest experience. You will be the primary point of accountability between the field and ownership — expected to identify problems early, coach solutions, and move units forward.

What we are looking for:

• 3 or more years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
  
• Proven track record of developing General Managers and building bench strength
  
• Strong P&L fluency — you know your numbers and you hold your GMs to theirs
  
• Experience turning around underperforming locations, not just maintaining strong ones
  
• Ability to manage across multiple locations without losing the detail or the culture
  
• Burger King or broader QSR franchise experience is a plus, not a requirement
  

Compensation:

$80,000–$85,000 base salary plus performance bonus. Details discussed during the interview process.

Location:

Cincinnati, OH. This is a field-based position. Candidates must be local to the Cincinnati market or actively relocating.
