Key Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership:Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing Restaurant General Managers (RGMs). Build a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.

  • Operational Excellence:Maintain 100% brand standards across all locations, ensuring food safety, speed of service, and absolute guest satisfaction.

  • Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the district’s P&L statements. Drive sales growth, control labor costs, manage food waste, and maximize profitability.

  • Strategic Auditing:Conduct regular store visits and formal operational audits to identify bottlenecks and guide store managers toward actionable solutions.

  • Compliance:Ensure all locations adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as strict health and safety guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience:3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the QSR/Fast Food or fast-casual restaurant industry is highly preferred (Burger King or major brand experience is a huge plus).

  • P&L Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets, lowering labor/food costs, and driving year-over-year sales growth.

  • Leadership Style:A "lead-by-example" attitude. You don't just manage from a laptop; you coach your teams on the floor during peak hours when needed.

  • Flexibility:Availability to work standard restaurant hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays, with regular local travel across your district.

  • Requirements: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
