District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Central New Jersey
W Bloomfield, NJ
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence, sales growth, and team development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Proven success managing multiple restaurant locations and leading restaurant management teams.
- Strong background in operations, P&L management, food safety, labor management, and guest experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
Preferred:
- Experience with a recognized QSR or fast-casual restaurant brand.
- Franchise operations experience is a plus.
Base salary: $80,000 plus
