Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within the San Antonio market. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive sales growth, maintain operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple restaurant locations within the district
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop General Managers and store leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and brand policies
  • Analyze P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and key performance metrics
  • Improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns professionally
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Lead local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service quality, and team accountability
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on operational strategies and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to increase sales and improve operational performance
  • Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and food cost controls
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quick service restaurant (QSR) or fast casual experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
