Box 207 Laguna, New Mexico 87026 (505) 552 -6008 Vacancy Ann.: #17-2026 Opening Date: July 24, 2026 Closing Date: Open Until Filled Position Title: Program Assistant II - 3 positions (Admin/Laguna Elementary/OLL) Salary Range : $31,084.00 - $38,854.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK : Under direction of the Principals/Director(s) , the Program Assistant II performs general administrative and confidential support to the Department of Education Administration. Th is support includes clerical, reception, purchasing, and document production tasks. Performs any other job -related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments. MINIMUM EDUCATION, E XPERIENCE & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma/GED; Associates Degree preferred; supplemented with course work in typing, business machine and personal computer operations. Three to five years secretarial/administrative experience desirable. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must also have a current and valid State of New Mexico driver's license, be insurable, and no DWI convictions within the past five (5) years. Must pass a pre -employment drug/alcohol and background clearance check.
