What You'll Do:

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outside sales representatives.
• Build and execute a district business plan that drives profitable growth.
• Lead with accountability, integrity, and clear expectations.
• Use sales metrics and business insights to make strategic decisions.
• Conduct regular field coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and execution.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
