District Sales Manager - Spirit

Weekly rate: $1,050 - $1,075 per week, dependent upon qualifications and experience.Benefits: Illinois Paid Leave, Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and Pay programs subject to qualifications.Brand: Spirit HalloweenThe District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November.The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and all related functions.Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
