The territory has real accounts, real pipeline, and meaningful upside. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or chemical sales<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Must have experience selling food and beverage chemicals directly to F&B manufacturers<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Proven ability to prospect, cold -call, and close new business<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Strong consultative selling and long -term account management skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips<\/span>

Sell chemical treatment programs and value -added process solutions tailored to each customer<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and report on territory performance using CRM<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Negotiate and close contracts to meet individual and team sales targets<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Collaborate with R&D and internal teams to develop solutions that address customer needs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments<\/span>
