The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to boost performance, tonnage, and revenue across air and ocean freight, 3PL logistics, and domestic trucking within the region.
They manage and coach the sales team, set objectives, monitor KPIs, and identify new market opportunities.
The role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining individual accounts, and delivering sales forecasts and reports.
Candidates should have at least five years of logistics or freight forwarding experience, proven sales success, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams.
Travel, including overnight and foreign travel, may be required.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
Light to medium physical effort and flexible hours are necessary.
