Our client, a growing organization in the industrial equipment sector, is seeking a District Service Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day service operations across multiple branches, leading service personnel, and ensuring equipment is repaired, maintained, and operational efficiently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
Lead daily service operations across assigned branches.
Monitor open work orders, preventive maintenance compliance, and fleet readiness.
Drive technician productivity and labor efficiency.
Manage service staffing and workforce planning.
Conduct branch service reviews and performance assessments.
Ensure compliance with service processes and safety standards.
Support customer escalations requiring technical intervention.
Partner with branch managers on fleet availability and execution priorities.
Monitor unavailable fleet and implement recovery plans.
Support training and development of technicians and supervisors.
Requirements:
7+ years of equipment service experience, 3+ years of service leadership experience.
Multi-location experience strongly preferred.
Rental, heavy equipment, or industrial background required.
Hands-on mechanical aptitude required.
Experience with fleet management and service operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with maintenance and service management systems.
