Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a District Technology Assistant at Roseville Area High School. This position works 8.0 hours per day, following a 170-day calendar, starting September 1, 2026.

Primary Objectives of Position

• Responsible for technical support for 1:1 student iPads
• Works in collaboration with Secondary Technology Integration team to provide technical support to students and staff

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Assists in management of iPads using Jamf Mobile device management database
• Troubleshoot and support learning management systems ( Schoology, See-Saw etc.)
• Maintain mobile and infrastructure inventory and management to district standards
• Provide hardware and software expertise to staff and students
• Assists in providing technical support via the District help desk ticketing system

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
• Experience in K-12 education environment
• Experience with iPad devices
• Experience with Google Apps for Education

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to prioritize work to best support the school learning environment, with direction from the Secondary Technology Integrationist
• Willingness to assist students and staff in developing their technology skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member with: district media/technology team, administration, and others.
• Ability to maintain a positive, supportive, on-task learning environment.
• Ability to communicate courteously, sensitively, and with good will.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Compensation: Starting salary range is $19.42 - $25.01 per hour per the paraprofessionals and media technology group employee contract, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
