Job Title: Cable Assembler

Compensation: $19.40 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Cable Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Faribault, MN specializing in power distribution equipment. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality components that support critical electrical infrastructure while working in a modern, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a Cable Assembler:- Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assemble products correctly
- Operate and maintain hand tools used in assembly processes
- Set up, take apart, and run equipment as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English
- Basic math skills to interpret SOPs and process sheets
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen
