What You'll Do as a Distro Portable Assembler:- Assemble cable products in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Follow standard operating procedures to complete production processes accurately
- Operate and maintain hand tools used in cable assembly and equipment setup
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Read and interpret work instructions and process documentation
- Support equipment setup, operation, and basic teardown activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with additional projects and assigned tasks to support production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Distro Portable Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
- Ability to perform basic math for interpreting process sheets and tracking materials
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks frequently
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment
