What You'll Do as a Distro Pre-Assembler:

• Review and understand job orders and production instructions
• Badge in and out of active job orders using Epicor
• Assemble components following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Complete required paperwork and production documentation
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product accuracy
• Support additional production tasks as assigned
  
  

What You Need to Bring to the Distro Pre-Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
• Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical, or electrical assembly
• Reliable transportation to Faribault, MN
