Diversified Installation is looking for a driven and experienced Division Lead to manage this division and play a key role in both operations and sales. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a division while driving business growth.
Position Overview:
The Moving & Storage Division Lead will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, develop efficient processes, and focus heavily on sales and business development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the operational side and actively generate new business through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Moving & Storage division.
Develop processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Lead and train a team of movers, drivers, and support staff.
Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Develop pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Set and track sales and operational performance goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Serve as the primary contact for major accounts and complex moves.
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in moving, storage, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and reporting.
