Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Dividend Operations Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. The primary focus of the role is dividend processing and reconciliation. The associate performs administrative and operational support activities to help the team meet business goals, service standards, and cost requirements. This role works independently within established procedures and provides day-to-day guidance to less experienced associates when needed. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to our Edgewood, Long Island office with a 2-day per week in-person expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Process dividends and perform cash reconciliation activities.

  • Provide administrative and operational support in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and service delivery for assigned activities.

  • Analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve routine issues.

  • Escalate issues outside standard procedures as needed.

  • Use software and internet-based applications to support daily operations.

  • Coordinate assigned daily tasks and assist with distributing work across the team.

  • Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior associates.

  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Transfer Agency operations, with dividend processing and reconciliation preferred.

  • Strong cash reconciliation and analytical skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to support less experienced team members.

Compensation Range: The hourly salary range for this position is $26.00-$32.00. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
