Division 8 Branch Manager (Jacksonville, FL)

An established specialty contractor is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead and grow its North Florida operation.
This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for a construction leader with the vision, operational discipline, and business acumen to build a thriving regional operation while developing a high-performing team and expanding market presence throughout North Florida.
You'll have the autonomy to lead the branch while leveraging the engineering, fabrication, financial strength, and operational resources of an established organization.
Your mission will be to develop a best-in-class North Florida operation delivering engineered CSI Division 08 architectural openings and exterior building envelope solutions for commercial construction throughout the Southeast.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead all branch operations including estimating, project management, field operations, scheduling, and customer relationships.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
- Grow the business through relationships with owners, developers, architects, general contractors, and construction managers.
- Own branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, backlog, and operational performance.
- Support major pursuits, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
- Drive continuous improvement while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and profitably.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 10+ years of progressive commercial construction leadership experience.
- Experience leading a branch, business unit, regional office, or major operations group.
- Strong knowledge of CSI Division 08 architectural openings and exterior building envelope systems.
- Proven success in business development, operations management, financial leadership, and team development.
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
