A growing commercial door, frame, and hardware contractor is seeking an experienced Division 8 Project Manager to support continued project volume and backlog. This role is fully remote and will focus on managing commercial DFH projects from detailing through closeout.
Projects range from small $10K scopes to $1.5M+ contracts, requiring strong organizational skills, technical DFH knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Manage Division 8 projects from post-award through closeout
Perform detailing and submittals for doors, frames, and hardware
Coordinate and process material ordering with manufacturers and suppliers
Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and internal workflows
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying sizes and complexity
Utilize Comsense for project tracking, documentation, and management
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the project lifecycle
Project sizes range from approximately $10K to $1.5M+
Annual volume and backlog expectations will be discussed
Mix of small, mid-size, and large commercial projects
Proven experience as a Division 8 Project Manager
Hands-on experience with Comsense (required)
Strong knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware
Experience with detailing, submittals, ordering, and project coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a remote environment
Fully remote position
Independent, self-directed role with accountability for deadlines and deliverables
