SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Division Business Analyst to support an opportunity at WPAFB, OH.

Position Overview Section

SierTeK is seeking a qualified Division Business Analyst to Support Division leadership by analyzing business operations, improving processes, coordinating workflow activities, gathering requirements, and developing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications - JOURNEYMAN

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline
• 5+ years business operations, program management, or management analysis experience
• Secret Clearance

Minimum Qualifications - SENIOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline
• 10+ years experience in business operations, program management, or management analysis experience
• Executive-level strategic planning
• Organizational transformation
• Cross-functional leadership
• Secret Clearance
