Lead a high-growth, high-impact pediatric cardiology program within a premier academic health system. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a nationally recognized physician leader at the Associate Professor or Professor level.

Position Highlights

• Division Chief & Heart Center Director with full strategic, clinical & academic leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & grow clinical, research & education missions
• Recruit, mentor & develop faculty
• Build a robust research enterprise (clinical, translational, outcomes)
• Enhance training programs for students, residents & fellows
• Drive regional outreach & program expansion
• Represent the division in national societies & collaborations

Qualifications

• MD/DO (or foreign equivalent) and state license eligibility
• Completed Pediatrics Residency & Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship
• Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology
• Eligible for Associate Professor or Professor rank
• Proven academic leadership, scholarship & program development
