DIVISION CHIEF PEDIATRIC PALLIATIVE CARE
Dayton, Ohio
Position Highlights:
- Build a Pediatric Palliative Care program across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Opportunity to shape program development, quality initiatives, and strategy
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, family-centered care for children
- Favorable call schedule - 1 week/month

Compensation & Benefits:
- 80% clinical time/ 20% admin
- Base salary range starts at $227,000 + Leadership stipend + incentive eligible
- Generous PTO leave - 33 days
- CME allowance $5,500 + 5 CME days
- Comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship
- Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Desire or strong interest in program development and mentorship
