Seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead and supervise accounting staff, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing budget vs. actual results, and coordinating financial forecasts with operational leaders.
Manages internal and external audit requests and facilitates workflow between shared services and divisions.
Provides mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations without direct reports, supporting staff development and organizational growth.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in public or corporate accounting.
