Reporting to the VP General Manager, this onsite position involves leading a team and serving as advisor to the site leadership team to drive business results.The Opportunity• Partner with GM and other Leadership to provide overall business financial operation and support.• Understand key contracts and KPIs, analyzing variances and supporting corrective actions as needed.• Manage financial outlook, ensuring accurate forecasts and understanding key drivers of variances.• Lead preparation of monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual strategic plans and budgets.• Ensure site operations comply with company policies and internal control framework, maintaining sound financial management.• Lead and develop a team to provide insightful analysis supporting business decisions, driving analysis to action.What you bring:• BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
