Description The Central Division General Manager (DGM) is a senior member of the Wood Products Distribution organization and reports to the Vice President of Distribution. The Central division is comprised of several distribution sites in Colorado, Texas, Utah, Idaho, and Florida. The Central DGM will directly lead the management team that oversees safety, sales representatives, and operations. This role includes the following key areas of focus, as well as other duties and projects as assigned to support business needs: Model and reinforce safety leadership by ensuring site leaders prioritize and execute safety programs that protect the health and welfare of our people and others who visit our sites. Utilize leadership skills, business acumen and market knowledge to drive results in people, profits and performance. This role has direct P&L responsibility. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other internal teams. Champion operational and supply chain excellence work that continuously improves our business. Identify and establish strategy, drive execution of key initiatives, and engage the organization to achieve critical objectives and positive KPI performance. All other duties as assigned.
