Division Order Analyst Oil & Gas

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Division Order Analyst to support oil and gas land operations. This position will analyze ownership documentation, calculate working and revenue interests, and establish and maintain division of interest records for operated and non-operated wells.

Candidates must have at least five years of oil and gas land experience, strong title and contract analysis skills, and experience with Quorum land software and SAP/PRA.

Responsibilities

• Establish, revise, and maintain division of interest records for operated and non-operated wells.
• Review leases, title opinions, deeds, assignments, contracts, unit designations, plats, and other land documents.
• Calculate and verify working interest, royalty interest, and net revenue interest.
• Process ownership changes and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Research and resolve complex ownership, title, and division order issues.
• Respond to owner inquiries and correspondence.
• Coordinate with land, title, legal, lease records, and accounting teams.
• Support new well setups and meet accounting and drilling-related deadlines.
• Provide process and system guidance to junior analysts.
• Assist with records analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of oil and gas land or division order experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing title opinions, leases, conveyances, and oil and gas agreements.
• Proficiency with Quorum land software and SAP/PRA strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex assignments independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Canonsburg, PA, five days per week.
