Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Cold Finish Nebraska is looking for a Division Support Administrator to join their team. This is a developmental role. The Division Support Administrator is responsible for assisting various departments in administrative duties. These duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvals.
Reconcile monthly statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Provide general administrative assistance to division leadership and departments (production, shipping, sales, safety, HR, etc.)
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage visitor sign-ins, badges and security procedures.
Complete Sales Invoice Reviews
Print and Enter Sales Orders
Updating customer forecasts
Review customer accounts for Ready-To-Ship material
Manage Material Ready Reports for customers
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalate
Experience using Microsoft Office
Preferences:
Associate's degree in business or accounting
Two years' experience in finance and/or accounting
