Position Summary: The Department Administrative Support Assistant & Dispatcher provides frontline administrative, scheduling, and dispatch support for Facilities Maintenance and Management. This role receives and routes service requests, performs Computerized Maintenance Management System data entry, processes key requests, manages daily huddle board updates, and supports departmental communication and scheduling needs. The position serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling approximately twenty-five Facilities-managed conference rooms and processes meeting requests submitted through Outlook. The role also assists Facilities Compliance activities by gathering, organizing, and preparing documentation as assigned by departmental leadership. Working closely with supervisors, technicians, as part of the Business Operations Team, this position supports smooth daily operations through reliable communication, accurate recordkeeping, customer service, and consistent administrative assistance. This is a part-time positon that will transition to a full-time position in August 2026. Position Qualification: High School Diploma or GED Required 3-6 months administrative support experience preferred Availability for part time work (up to 30 hours per week) until August 2026 and then availability for full-time (40 hours) going forward. Applicants who cannot transition to full-time status will not be considered.
