Divisional Operations Controller - Full Time Finance Leadership Role

Our client is seeking a Divisional Operations Controller to oversee the accounting, financial reporting and control functions for a portfolio of accounts within a growing division. This Divisional Operations Controller role serves as a key business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance and providing strategic insight so support revenue growth and cost management.

Key Responsibilities of the Divisional Operations Controller

Lead all accounting and financial operations for assigned accounts
Oversee AP, AR, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company standards
Partner with operational leaders to identify revenue opportunities and control costs
Ensure compliance with management agreements, internal controls and reporting requirements

Qualifications for the Divisional Operations Controller

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
7+ years of accounting, finance or operational finance experience
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
Experience supporting multi-site or operational business environments
Strong Excel skills - experience with SAP preferred
