Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

We are looking for Mechanics to join our bike and scooter operations teams. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the bicycle or scooter maintenance program, including but not limited to cleaning and repairing the program's rideables. The ideal candidate would have previous repair experience, good mechanical and technical aptitude, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract; your season will end 6 months after your hire date.

  • One or more years of Bicycle repair experience required.
  • Experience with hand, air, and power tools preferred.
  • Good mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • The ability to use technology provided by the company.
  • A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
  • Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
  • The ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to work nights (3PM-11PM), weekends, and holidays.

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their assigned responsibilities.
