The Driver License Division is looking to hire a Driver License Examiner for our West Valley office. Principal DutiesAs a Driver License Examiner, you will: -collect and review client information, as well as, properly read a record to determine eligibility -administer written and driving tests and properly document results -communicate test findings, evaluates results and makes recommendations -issue licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, etc. -interpret State Code, Policy and Procedure and clearly explain them to applicants -determine when suspended licenses are eligible and steps necessary to reinstate them -analyze whether further medical information is needed prior to issuing licenses -interact directly with the public in a sensitive and respectful manner
