Description

Systems AnalystThis position is for a Systems Analyst with expertise in the healthcare claims processing and requires an in-depth knowledge of the data related to all functional areas of the MMIS or a similar large scale claims system. The candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision and have the ability to successfully interact with multiple technical and user groups. Candidate will support ongoing Releases, Enhancements and Production defect fixes. Strong experience with Data Conversion, mapping rules and validation, ETL design, Programming logic is required. Teradata experience is required. Experience with Mainframes, DB2 is preferred.Expected to have the ability to understand the requirements and design of the project and able to develop test cases, test data and verify the software changes and to problem solve issues that are escalated and serve as liaison between the developer and the Business User.Responsible for communicating and reporting to a variety of stakeholders about the results and progress of all UAT Testing including Test Summary and Execution metrics.Escalating and tracking UAT defects through the resolution.Track and maintain historical UAT Testing information.Able to meet deadlines with a high level of integrity, professionalism, customer service and motivation.Significant experience in managing UAT, defect triage calls and Co-ordination involving multiple systems/Vendors/Teams is required.Experience with Teradata queries is required.Mainframes Testing Experience is Preferred.Required/Desired SkillsExperience in SIT and UAT test scenario and Test Case development - Required - 5 YearsExperience in Test data preparation and Test Execution - Required - 5 YearsStrong Experience with Teradata and SQL queries - Required - 5 YearsExperience in test result validation - Required - 5 YearsExperience with accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data during the Test Execution - Required - 5 YearsExperience in defect tracking - Required - 5 YearsExperience with metrics reporting - Required - 5 YearsEffective Communication and Collaboration - Required - 5 YearsFamiliarity with claims processing software - Desired - 3 YearsTesting experience on Mainframe Systems - Desired - 3 Years
