DME Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking a motivated **Customer Service / Sales Representative** with experience in **Durable Medical Equipment (DME)** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping customers, and has strong communication and sales skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding medical equipment and accessories.
- Assist patients, providers, and vendors with orders, billing, and product information.
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1–2 years of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven sales or customer service track record.
- Computer and internet proficiency for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
