Description
DOB Licensed Superintendent
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and all local building codes in the Bronx.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency.
- Lead quality control efforts to ensure construction meets all specifications and standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports as required.
- Candidate should have general knowledge of NYC Building and Construction codes
