With a growing pipeline of work throughout Brooklyn, they are known for their commitment to safety, quality construction, and promoting talented employees from within.Job DescriptionAs a DOB Licensed Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:Serving as the licensed Site Superintendent on assigned projectsManaging all day-to-day field operations from start to completionEnsuring compliance with NYC DOB regulations and site safety requirementsCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultantsMaintaining project schedules and driving milestone completionConducting daily safety meetings and site inspectionsOverseeing quality control and workmanship standardsReviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentsManaging site logistics, deliveries, and material coordinationIdentifying and resolving field issues proactivelyCollaborating with Project Managers and ownership teamsMaintaining daily reports, permit records, and compliance documentationSupporting punch-list completion and project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
