DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn
Our client is a leading New York City General Contractor with a strong reputation in the affordable housing and mixed-use development space. The successful candidate will have:
- Active NYC DOB Superintendent License
- OSHA 30 Certification
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience within construction
- Experience managing affordable housing, multifamily, or mixed-use developments
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and inspection processes
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain schedules and deliver projects successfully
- Experience working on occupied or phased construction projects is a plus

Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $220,000+
