Description

    • Oversee daily jobsite operations on commercial/corporate interiors projects
    • Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards
    • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections
    • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track
    • Drive quality control, punch list completion, and timely project delivery

Profile

A successful DOB Superintendent should have:

  • Active NYC DOB Superintendent License (required)
  • Proven experience running commercial/corporate interiors projects in Manhattan
  • Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices, codes, and site logistics
  • Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing fast-moving job sites
