Description
- Oversee daily jobsite operations on commercial/corporate interiors projects
- Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track
- Drive quality control, punch list completion, and timely project delivery
Profile
A successful DOB Superintendent should have:
- Active NYC DOB Superintendent License (required)
- Proven experience running commercial/corporate interiors projects in Manhattan
- Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices, codes, and site logistics
- Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing fast-moving job sites
